Risk Identification Service
High risk doesn’t have to mean high cost. HELP Risk Identification Service (RIS) is cost-effective way to find the patients at-risk for medication misuse/abuse or delayed recovery – before problems begin. For patients identified as at-risk, care can be refocused with the education and training needed to overcome injury, reducing the chances of disabling pain or medication misuse. With HELP Risk Identification you have the comfort of knowing patients have been screened in a consistent and cost effective way.
How does it work?
- Refer a patient for a Risk Identification Assessment and HELP’s trained, friendly coaches will contact the patient and take them through a series of validated, fixed length, fixed format questionnaires.
- You get a clear report outlining risk areas and recommendations.
